I prefer not to max too often, but at 24 and 160 pounds i max out at 190 with one rep (and always with a spotter). Normally i do 100 with 32-37 reps to get a calculated max. To get the best overall strength training do 5-10 reps at half max, and rotate through about 3-5 different lifting excersizes untill you've done 7 or 8 sets of the full cycle.
14 i weigh 95 and i rep 100
I'm a big guy, and before last year I had not worked out at all. My bench was around 135 (a 45 on each side, and the 45 lb bar). It could be because I never worked out beforehand, or not. I'm 16.
who gives a crap? every punk in a weightroom worries about a bench. you can tell the dorks who just bench cause they have big upper bodies & tiny little bird legs.

Im 15 and i max out at 240. but my 10 rep is 190. And my 6 rep is 210.
I squat a clean 300. Leg press - 5 reps of 350 i havent maxed yet.
38 now and dont know. when i was 17 i weighed 131 and did 199. had 201 but the weights slide off and crashed everywhere. i was by myself and could hav got hurt bad. be careful. never was good at it. i just looked good haha.
ten years ago my bench was 321bls max, two reps, now,ha ha, maybe 250bls probably once. Back then i was 33yrs and now i'm 43yrs and is currently trying to get back into shape, it is very hard but i still have discipline from 20yrs ago, it'll take a while but hey you work out for life, you never quit!!
i only bench press 70:(
