Try out for a girl's sport. Get a sport that makes you breath hard and brings your heart rate up. You will have to under go a physical to join to make sure it is safe (most state athletic association require it). And wear the heaviest clothes they will let you and a wet suit if possible. You may not be good and first and may be the butt of jokes on your team ( I should know, I was all ways the last kid picked in gym class) , but you should lose weight if you also cut back on your diet.
The idea is that you must work out regularly and have some one there to make sure you do and is there should you have any problems.
There is probably not a girls wrestling program at your school (the best way to lose weight and usually you make the team if you join) you could try track and field or cross country. Resist the urge to just do shot put and javelin. Other sports will probably require a try out and from what you have said about yourself, you probably won't make the team unless they have few girls trying out. Good luck, you shall need it.
Have you ever tried yoga? Yoga is really good!

Looks like it may still be your baby fat.. just eat healthy and go jogging, working out one single part of ur body will make it stronger but it will not do much in loosing weight. Just remember that your body acts as one, therefore you should exercise the whole body at once, running of jogging can help a lot.. in other words do Cardio!!
Don't avoid meat, especially poultry (chicken etc.), fish and ever lean red meat is good. Stay away from excess complex carbohydrates and sweets especially soda pop even diet. Cut down on the size of your meals.
For exercise do 25-30 min of aerobic exercise (running, aerobics, dance etc.) 3 least times a week. Lifting weights is also important, do push ups, crunches, lunges and squats if you can't go to a gym.
