10 - 15 pounds ?


Question:
If I eat hardly anything just a bite or two of something a day and exercise for at least an hour a day can i lose 10 - 15 pounds by august 31st? if im 5'2 and 120 lbs?

Answers:
Sure you could but you'd end up dehydrated, weak, and shaky. Diets like that slow down your metabolism so when you start to eat normally again you'll actually gain weight and go up higher than you were before. I recommend becoming a vegetarian and having smaller portion sizes-don't starve yourself because it won't work in the end.
i'd REALLY like to know too. i'm the same exact height and weight too except i'm pretty muscley cause i play like 4 sports and karate.
Probably, yes. You'll lost weight fast at first, then probably just a pound or two a day. Keep exercising!!
You can't loose that much weight in 1 day. There is a chance if you keep exercising everyday. And cutt of on the sugar and fat.
