Hi i'm 11 how do i losse my belly in 2 weeks?

Ok i'm going to middle school all the women know the feeling and i'm a big girl and i wanna loose my theighs a little and my belly!

sit ups maybe? reduce your calorie intake. if you reduce it by 500 calories each day you can lose at least 1 pound per week. keep track of how many calories you consume. you can lose alot of weight by eating low carb foods. eggs have like 1-2 carbs. meat has 0-4 carbs usually. i 'use' to be a vegetarian! until i found out how many carbs were in meat, i was like ahh! yea i started eating meat to lose weight! so like if you eat eggs for breakfast and dinner and maybe a tuna salad for lunch? that will be really good. my dad has 2 boiled eggs and 2 cheese sticks for breakfast. and has Canadian bacon, and 3 egg omelet for dinner and he has lost alot of weight!

It's unhealthy.

just maybe once in a while when you absolutely have to


start a sport

I'm 12 [almost thirteen hehe] and I have this same problem. It's not going to happen in two weeks that's just un healthy! Try walking/jogging/running for atleast 20 minutes everyday. Only eat when your hungry and eat fruit! Fruit had natrual sugars that are great for a little jump start! Stay away from pop and high sugar juice. If you have a dog try taking your dog for a walk every day[we have 2 so i walk twice aday.] Try doing leg lifts and crunches! Jumping jacks are great too! I'm starting Highschool next year so my goal is to be thinner by next year. Make your goals more then reasonable!

Do not worry so much about the losing the weight. Instead focus on having a positive self image. Knowledge is power. Educate yourself on how live a healthy well balanced life.

Eat healthy, balanced,properly portioned food.
Be active.

I loved middle school! sorry ummm- i would say that you won't be able to completely lose it in two weeks! but if you really feel you need to do this then try taking a twenty minute walk- ten pushups and ten jackkinfes/situps a day! it isn't hard i promise. you won't lose everything but you will be on your way! and cut out the junkie stuff- that means stick to wholegrain- veggies and fruits- and lean protein(eggs, fish, etc.) no red meat! good luck- you will have a great time at school! and please focus on being healthier and feeling good- not being a stick!
It's only middle school, stop worrying so much. No one really cares about what you look like in middle school. You are still a kid! When you get to high school is generally when you are supposed to worry about what you look like.

Losing weight in 2 weeks is highly dangerous and unhealthy. If you are going to lose weight, tell your mom. She will tell you a healthy way. Start eating better for one thing.

Excercise. Go jogging and do sit ups every day.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

Brisk walking is great for trimming tummy fats.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
