I need to lose weight in 4 1/2 months?


Question:
I need to lose 100 pounds by December. Does anyone have any tips on how to achieve this? I don't wanna take any type of steroids or anything...

100 pounds is my goal but i think id be happy to lose 7-8 pounds a week which would come out to be about 80-86 pounds by December...

The first week or so when you lose water weight, it may be possible but I hate to tel lyou that if you want to lose the weight smartly and keep it off, losing 100 pounds by december may not be reasonable. However, if you start now you will be that much closer to your ultimate goal. The next time you have a big event in your life you will already have lost the weight! I was thinknig about this today on my run. In 2004 I went on a cruise. I was 40 pounds overweight. Of course 3 weeks before the cruise I tried to do atkins. I lost 3 pounds. Then on the cruise gained 10. This past February I went on a cruise and weighed 40 pounds less. My pictures are fabulous. No w my brother is getting married in Jamaica in Oct. I have been training for a marathon and do not have to worry about my weight for once in my life. I say you start now and soon you wont have the worries!
drink alot of water and try pilates or yoga.
You've probably heard this before but the best thing I can think of is to eat less than what you've had already (like, if you eat 2000 calories a day, eat 1700 then) and do lots of aerobic exercises for long periods of time. The basic of the basic would just be a nice, slow jog for an hour every day.

wow! 100 that's a lot of weight there, but first of all you should
eat healthy and exercise that is the two best ways and after you will see results, I mean loosing weight is hard but more maintain the weight be careful try to do it the right way,
You are setting yourself to fail even before you start. This goal is not realistic at all. What is the big hurry? It took you a long time to gain this weight, its going to take some time to lose it- and its going to take incredibly hard work!

Veggies and a lot of excercise. Treadmills work well, but early morning runs are good too.
well 100 lbs by December wow. well try joining weight watcher points program it works on the food you like to eat and will help you keep the weight off i can't say if you will lose that much but good luck
