That is alot of weight but you can lose about 40 if you start now. First you need to put together a workout program 5 days a week for one hour. Start dieting. You need a combination of cardio and weightlifting.

This will get you close...Eat what you like but no more than 1200 calories a day. So keep track of what your eating. You'll soon figure what works best for you. You must exercise (sweat!!) at least 30 40 (longer is better) minutes a day. If you don't cheat yourself you should lose about 10 pounds plus a month. Good luck you'll be looking great for Christmas..

Have you ever joined or considered joining Weight Watchers?
It's a proven program that works (I'm a lifetimer).
If you don't know anything about it, check out their website. You don't have to be a member to ask questions on the forums either. Go under the "Community" tab and check out the "Newbies Welcome" forum. The people on it are WONDERFUL about responding to ?s about the program before you join.
Good luck. It'll take a lot of work, but you can do it.
I can't promise the exact amount of weight you would lose but I can make a suggestion. I am on Nutrisystem and have lost 80 pounds since January '07. If you stick to the program, the weight comes off pretty quickly. Good luck!
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
