I'm sorry to tell you but just through exercise alone, that is not possible and it is unhealthy. If you find that eating healthier foods are not easy, try and cut down your portion size. Take only one helping and eat more vegetables and fruits through out the day. Offer to go to the grocery store with your parents next time they go and help them choose foods that are good and healthy.
As for the exercise, loosing 2-3lbs is the most you should lose in one week, otherwise it becomes unhealthy. Increase your cardio workout (walking, running, etc.) Vary your pace, time and intensity (how hard your working). Even doing some resistance training (example: push-ups) will help increase your results. Making sure you do some kind of physical activity each day will help you lose weight.

It's possible to lose that much in water weight; but not fat. Once you go back to your "normal" routine you'll gain it back.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
