How Can I Avoid Losing Muscle When I Travel..??

with no access to a gym, for 3 weeks..

Answers:
If your getting enough protein you shouldn't lose any muscle. Depending on how much you weight, if you eat 50-100 grams of protein a day you should be able to maintain. If your trying to gain muscle, do push-ups...and eat more protein.
