Question:
iknow ts not health blah blah blah just plzz claculate...im going for six days

Answers:
Drinking only water and not eating is going to make you GAIN weight. Sure, you'll lose weight in the short run, but with every meal you skip, you're slowing down your metabolism because your body will go into starvation mode and will want to save you from dying. Once you've reset your metabolic thermostat, you'll set yourself up for weight gain all the rest of your life.
So your drinking only water... no food? Any exercise? If it is just water only for 6 days maybe 3-4 pounds, with exercise 4-5 pounds.
Don't judge, you know it's not healthy - why do it?

Besides, only a small bit of the weight you lose will be fat. Most will be (are you ready for this?) water weight, stored carbohydrate from muscle (which is some of the water weight), released sodium stores (which is more of the water weight), and lean mass.

So your body fat percentage will actually increase, even though you'll be lighter.
By unhealthy you mean dangerous and possibly fatal right? Anyway, if you don't feed your metabolism it crashes and goes into hibernation and storage mode. So you'll lose a lot of weight the first three days, and very little the last three, as for how much that depends on your base metabolic rate, which I can't determine since you didn't give me your height, age, sex, weight, and activity level. Another thing about crash dieting, you'll lose fat and muscle for those six days, but as soon as your body gets calories again it'll do it's best to store them as fat since it thinks you're starving to death, which means you may lose 4 pounds of muscle and fat, but when your body starts storing you could quite possibly gain 4-6 pounds of straight fat, so have you really done yourself any good?
I wanted to tell you about starvation mode but you already know from the above replies.
Yes, you are going to GAIN weight. Just drinking water and eating no food? As soon as you start eating again, you will gain back any weight you lost (maybe 3-4 lbs...but it will only be water weight---not burned fat) plus more. It ALWAYS happens that way.
If you need to loose weight fast and healthy, give up simple carbs, like sugar, bread, pasta, rice. Eat only lean meat and veggies (not carrots - full of sugar, not peas or corn - full of starch) and excerise. The pounds will melt away. Drink lots of water but no alcohol and no caffine or diet soda.

You will feel better and the weight will stay off.

Good luck
you're actually gonna gain weight because your bloating yourself up with water and no nutrients.
No one can tell you that because weight loss isn't just about what you don't eat. It's about your own personal metabolism, how much you weigh, how active you are, how long you only plan to drink water. Any answers given will be guesses as best.
I'm with BusyBake on this one. And in this heat.you are setting yourself up for trouble
While its good to fast once in a while, there is the problem of slowing down your metabolism. Being on a water only diet should only be used to fast, not to lose weight. In the long run, you will actually gain weight. Your body goes into "conserve" mode thinking its starving, thus slowing down the metabolism.. There is really no good quick weight loss program. Slow and steady is best. Change your diet to include low fat foods. Get plenty of fiber from grains. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Eat fish 2 times a week. Cut out sugar and red meat and eat lots of fruit and veggies. Make sure you are getting a good cardio type of exercise, walking being great because its free and cheap.
Ps if you insist on going on this 6 day water cleanse, you should be advised to introduce food slowly, starting with just fruit juice and stuff like applesauce..If you pig out after, your metabolism is really gonna be whacked out.
Not healthy? You could be killing yourself. Google water intoxication. Too much water can actually kill you because it depletes your body of needed electrolytes to keep your heart beating. You may lose a few pounds but you'll gain it all back and then some. All you have done is to put your body in the starvation mode. It is conserving all the fat you have and it is burning up muscle and cellular tissue instead, like your body's organs (heart, liver, kidneys etc). When you come off your fast you will gain every ounce right back and you will gain even more (probably twice as much) because your body will hang on to every smidgen of fat it can find just in case you ever starve it again.
