Here is a list of negative calorie foods. No that doesn't mean the
foods have negative calories ;) I wish lol. What it means is that
when you eat these foods raw or in some cases slightly cooked with nothing on them
your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what
is in the actual food itself. For a healthy weight loss and a little
boost add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most are full of
nutrients and won't weigh you down.

Make sure your eating enough protein to make sure you do not lose muscle. Stay away from processed foods, starchy foods, simple carbohydrates, and foods high in fat. Eating natural is the best way to go.
well the only thing i can tell you is eat lots of cucumber (it really fills you up and wont strike hunger for a while) and if you are the type of person who eats rice a lot... substitute that into 4 crackers drink lots of water. and for your exercise, i recommend you do lots of cardio. what i usually love to do is kickboxing, dancing, bending and stretching. try to do that for like 30 mins or even for an hour and do it 2x a day... and just try to do it with your fave songs and pump that volume high... it really helps a lot... well i hope this helped. enjoy be safe... good luck best wishes and God bless
