Do i way what i'm supposed too?

k i'm 11 and way 135 i know i'm over weight but i don't wanna be skinny like have the people here out of the girls there skinnier that a size 0 some girls i wanna be regular like go back to a size 12 i'm size 16 and 18:(

well first of all, i love how you know you dont have to be super skinny, thats the way it should be. but we would have to know how tall you are. depending on your height, you will weigh differnt weights. the taller you are, the more you can weigh.
Just cut back on alot of junk food. Drink more water and be more active.

It depends on how tall you are. Size 12 at age 11 still seems pretty overweight. Shouldn't you be wearing kids sizes at that age? I think you need to talk to your parents about your weight. If you can't talk to one of them then you need to find an adult you can talk to. You shouldn't worry too much but it is important to form healthy habits at your age.
Well, you are not fat, but not skinny either. One of my younger friends who is 11 weighs 90 pounds, but it really depends on your height. If you are 11 and weigh 135, maybe a healthy height is around 5'3, but anyways. Try to cut back on junk food, drink a lot of water, eat healthy meals, and eat at least 2 fruits or veggies a day, exersize regularly (like 10-20 min. a day by walking your dog or participating in a sport), and try to do a few crunches right before bed. Try to start with, lets say, 10. Gruadualy move up the number 30 or 40. It will get easier by day when you do every day. Actually my friend started to do crunches she said, and it really does get easier. She said that she can easily do 35 without stopping!

if your 5'2 a 12 would be too short for you
and maybe some of your weight could be muscle
if you are too afraid of telling your mom you want to lose weight ask her to join a sports team and tell her you want to do it to meet people or something else
but i wouldn't worry about your weight its perfectly fine
