15 and wanting to lose weight.?


Question:
Im 15, male--every sat and sun i work out with my dad--we do bench press and squats-things like that.. but i need to do something else because there not really helping me out that much. i am 15--weight about 223 and have big *** thighs--and i just wanna lose it--and where i live its 101 degrees everyday, and thats to hot or i would go walking everyday...

what are some food ideas for everyday(especially at school)
what can i do that works..
i dont have to have a 6 pack-- i just want slimer thighs and firmer ***--and for some reason i have stretch marks on my stomach and i've been using some coco butter thing and thats not working..

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
