Anyone here used the diet pill Alli?
Question:
Answers:
I don't like it. It only works if your very overweight, not average or a little chubby. I only wanted to lose 15lbs...
I used it and it caused a delayed period (9 days late), constipated, couldn't sleep, I actually felt famished while taking it, and very fatigued throught the day even though I was taking my multivitamin. I had one treatment effect, and that was a shart. People don't realize, it's not the pill, it's the low cal/low fat diet and more activity that is causing the weight loss.
You have to be commited to making LIFESTYLE changes. If you are not willing to make those changes it won't work.
garbage, make sure your getting enough protein everyday and hit the gym...that's the only way.
Alli is a safe pill but your daughter obviously did something "extra" to lose that much weight. Alli is merely a fat burner that is supposed to be taken with a diet that is healthy and low-fat. The makers of Alli don't recommend losing more than 3-4 pounds per week (just like doctors). All that Alli does is allows you to lose up to one extra pound per week. So if you naturally lose 2, you'll lose 3 with the pill. Anyway, 22 pounds should take a minimum of 6 weeks to burn off.
One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
