That's a great idea! When you eat veggies they can be surprisingly filling and satisfying if you prepare them right. Season the veggies like you would season any other meat. The key is making the veggies taste good.
eat a lot of vegetables. enough to fill your tummy.
Eating natural foods is always a good idea. I did this once...I ate a potato...it was VERY filling on top of all that other stuff.
Drink lots of water
Eat a ton of vegetables.
Cabbage for the first day and water for the second day will clean out your liver thats all I know. Eating veges exclusively makes you more regular, so be prepared.
Stay busy, drink water. Do something that keeps your interest so you don't think about it.
I sometimes fast and this is how I do it.
Pack small snacks of veggies and eat them when you're hungry. Veggies are normally more filling than junk food, so you shouldn't get that hungry. Also carry water with you at all times...this will help fill you up a bit until you can eat something.
this a bad idea but i digress. if u want to use the typical methods to control hunger go to ur pharmacy or u can just drink water.
A person can do whatever he/she wants to do with his/her body, other people's opinion don't matter, so it's a good idea if you think it is. To stop hunger you should do more sports, it'll make you less hungry.
I dont mean to attack your theory, and one day probably wont hurt you, but I dont really think its healthy to eat ONLY veggies. However if you seem to insist, drink lots of water and if your including fruit at all, banana's are really filling.
it is definitly not a good idea since u need a balanced diet just to get through...even vegetarians eat protein through nuts and other alternatives...don't JUST eat veggies...too much of one thing is harmful even if its vegetables...but if u wanted to loose weight and eat less...a great way to do that and safe is b4 a meal..drink a bottle of water ...it'll make u more full so you won't end up eating as much as u would of if u didnt drink that water.just eat a bit of everything dont just do veggies.just because its veggies dusnt mean its not fattening...ex. a whole advocado equals to more then a whole day of fats that a regular person is supposed to have in a day
Go ahead. You are doing it only for a day. Eat as many fruits or vegetables as you like and still you will feel that your stomach is quite light.,No salt. Onlly pasteirised ,creamless milk to be taken raw.
I did this for six months with no adverse effects.
In my opinion, all of us need a balanced diet...whether we are dieting or eating normal. If we leave out some foods our bodies suffer. We need certain vitamins and minerals from meats, veggies and fruit and whole grains like whole wheat in bread.
Our brain needs certain foods so we can think clearly. It would be a good idea for you to go to a library and learn about nutrition what your body needs before you start on any extreme diet.
If you don't get enough of one thing.it might affect the way you think for example...like if you are in class and you can't concentrate.your body might be lacking something you left out of your diet.there are many popular diets but if you eat all colors of foods you will be getting a balanced diet...along with meat and fish. Just don't eat too much when you are full stop eating and get up from the table. Take walks and do some stretching exercises before you start walking or doing other physical exercises. If you are a "water drinker" that is great if not start drinking 8 cups of water a day...it's really not much...fill a bottle with water like a quart size...and put in the refrigerator...that would be 32 ounces...or also measured as 4 cups...so you need 2 quarts a day. Drinking water washes out the bad impurities and helps your body function.
Start reading labels on the foods you eat now.if you see words that you can't pronounce it's a chemical...so don't eat it anymore if possible...try to eat only foods without chemicals...
I hope this helps you on you trip down healthy eating lane!
Good luck,
ps...I take a multivitamin.also it's good to get a good checkup from your doctor before doing anything different to your body.
