Please help..will this fat loss program work?


Question:
Im 13 5'2 140 male i want to lose 20 pounds of fat
im not tryin to rush but i dont want it to take more thaN 4 months

here is my program

Breakfast-cherios with fat free milk

snack-apple

lunch turkey sandwhich on 100 % wheat

snack -apple

dinner -chicken/or fish and and veggies
8 glasses of water
jogg 2 miles a day
bike 3 miles a day
wieght lifting 3-4 times a week?
will this work if so will i see results fast?
if not improve my program

try eating leaner meats, both turkey and fish tend to have higher fat content. cereals are not particularly healthy, but it works. otherwise, good plan. and 20 pounds is alot, so dont get angry if you dont get down to 120. im only a little bit taller than you and i weigh alot more, so you're probably not fat. at all.

lemme know how this works for you, im thinking about going on a diet myself.
Well done on the effort. I recommend the program Im on - I lost nearly 20 lbs in 32 days. Give it a go, your more than half my age so it will work. I think your program is a little hard to stick to. This one I got is easier.

Sounds good. But do add lots of veggies for lunch too.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
