I'm unhappy with my body and i dont know what to doooo!? nutritionists? personal trainers? help me!?

Question:
I'm 169cm and 60kg. A year ago i weighed 72kg, but lost I lost 10kg within six months..(exercise, healthy eating) then the last six months i have been sitting on about 62 - now down to 60kg.
I dont think i should be trying to lose weight at all coz ill look sick but im flabby! Looking at my stomach normally, im not fat.. (not exactly toned) but when i pull at my stomach i have excess fat skin/ a spare tyre etc - All my friends are SHOCKED by it coz they say ya cant tell at all until i pull at it... and its insanely strange! same on my thighs, theres waaaaay too much flubber. i walk every day for an hour and attend pump class and pilates 3-4 times a week. I have been watching my calories.. but I really dont believe i should be trying to lose weight. How do i get rid of it? what do i eat? do i need to lose weight? or ...? im so confused.. and upset!! (my friend told me its coz i lost weight and the only way to get rid of it is surgery!!pfft! what!?)

Answers:
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and do an exercise like shape walking. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.

It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
