Will I get any taller?


Question:
I am 14 years old, and I am 5'2.5". I want to be at least 5'4"...do you think its possible if I eat right and jump rope enough? oh and I went through puberty right when I turned 11, do you think its possible?

I don't think you've stopped growing. You've probably got at least another 2 years of growth. It's all genetics. Ask your mom and dad when they stopped growing. Ask when your cousins stopped growing. Jumping rope will only help give you more stamina because it's good exercise. Eating right is good for everyone and for growing young girls is very important.

Yes and no. Your body still go thru major changes till your around 18-21. So you still got a chance but it can happen or it wont.
actually you'll just grow you'll only 14.

you won't stop growing til about 18.
at least that's what happened to alot of people i know.

Go see how tall you were when you were two years old and then double that. That is supposed to give you are pretty accurate idea of how tall you will be when you finish growing.

Of course things like long illnesses and drug use can change that but here to hoping you don't have to worry about either one!
you still have some more yrs to grow even without exercise.i would say at least 6yrs.just keep stretching,staying active.luck luck
Well usually you grow the most before you get your period, but you sound a pretty good height. You don't have to jump rope in order to be tall?? What are you silly? Mainly keep eating good foods probably with Calcium would help you in growth if you grow. Make sure you haven't been drinking any coffee, because that often stunts your growth.
idk know but im 5 7 an im 14 but im a guy but i think you are gonna stop growin...but if you dont you will prolly get up to 5 5 i think
Your still growing, you will probably grow a couple mroe inches before you turn 18
you'll keep growing until 19ish.look at your parents, and that could give you an idea.
if you really want to know, get your hips and spine x-rayed and that will tell your doctor if your growth plates are still open.
