Walk / jog or run in the environment around you, why'd you want to be stuck in one spot?
Plus it won't burn a hole in your pocket!

um run outdoors then...
LOL i want an Xbox 360 can I plzplz have 1
Jog. Thats what sidewalks are for xD
lol! u can have mine!!
Are you serious? It's summer, the best runs are outside anyway...get moving :-)
But seriously, you should check the Good Will, maybe they will have one.
Go to the gym or run around your neighborhood silly.
get outside. if you see that you can actually STICK to an exercise program THEN think about getting one. Many people think well if i had a treadmill i'd use it, but once it's in their house more excuses come up. good luck! try a thrift store or garage sales or put an add in your local paper.
go to www.freecycle.org there are yahoo groups listed there where you find one in your area and can post things you want or things you want to give away..
They are all over the US and Canada.. there is even one in my little part of Arkansas.. I gave a way an exercise bike on there last summer..
check it out.. post Wanting a treadmill
its totaly free to post a want or an offer..
Good luck to you
Go brisk walking. You don't need a threadmill for that.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
