What is a good way to lose weight?

Answers:
This might sound a bit controversial, but I heard eating less and more healthily and exercising more works a treat.
Honestly, at 14 you shouldn't be so concerned with your weight. Exercise and eat well. Try playing a sport at school. Just be active whenever possible. Have self-confidence that you look great as is.
Running sucks, but it's a great way to tone up and lose weight. Really, though, any cardio workout for 30 minutes, four to five times a day will help, in addition to eating healthier.
Well you're still growing, so you have a long way to go. Just make sure you exercise. Do sit-ups, buy a pilates ball, and set up a running schedule that increases weekly to increase your metabolism. And of course, read the nutrition labels on food, have self-control when it comes to eating, and buy healthy snacks. Also drink water or soup before eating so you seem fuller, and use smaller plates since it'll look like a bigger meal.
GL.
Just dont cook
what are you supposed to to do if you just dont damn cook
a doctor told me once if you want to lose weight to drink a glass of milk before a meal or to gain weight drink a glass of milk after a meal. when you drink a glass before a meal it satisfies your hunger and you won't eat as much. i have never tried it but it makes sense to me. good luck, sweetie.
Exercising daily even if it is just a walk around town. Eat more veggies and fruits, as well as lean meats such as chicken and turkey. You should also keep a journal of the foods you eat and how many calories you are eating a day. The most important thing in losing weight is being able to control the things you eat and not over indulge is foods that add weight to you, such as sugary, high carb, high fat foods.
Your young yet. Just get active, eat right.
Just reduce your intake (food, drinks, etc.) a bit and lose more calories by walking, running, bicycling, swimming, etc. Avoid high calory foods such as French fries, chips, chocolate, cake. Eat fruits, bananas, apples, etc. and drink lots of nice cold water with a bit of lemon. In 2 or 3 wekks, you will have reached your goal. If you crave hamburgers, have half the bread, no other stuf but the meat, and nothing else. Good luck!
well, above all else make sure you are eating right. if you dont really know what that entails then it is this-
above all do not gorge yourself when you eat this will stretch your stomach and make your body want to eat more. do NOT feel obligated to finish a plate. wrap it up and save it for later. you'll enjoy it longer.
make sure you CHEW! and TAKE YOUR TIME CHEWING. It takes your brain 20 minutes to register that food is in your stomach so those 20 minutes are the most crucial part of eating. make sure you eat slow so that you feel full faster instead of gorging yourself until you feel the food hit your esophagus.
DO NOT DRINK SODA OR SOFTDRINKS. This is the demise of MILLIONS of people out there in the world. Not drinking soda for a year can cause weight loss up to 15lb! Soda is horrible for you. Stop drinking it and drink water. Water is good for you and the more you drink the fuller you feel and the better lubricated your body is. Water, besides the fact that it makes you feel full, will also cause you to lose weight in itself.
Avoid sugar as much as you can. Sugar that is in soft drinks, desserts, and even starches WILL make you hungry. Sugar increases your insulin levels which causes you to a) age faster and b) become hungrier later on for more sugar because you CRASHED!
Sugar and carbohydrates are also very easy for your body to burn. This is a bad thing. Its bad because since your body doesnt need to do much work to digest sugar than it isnt working as hard and hence you do not burn as many calories in a sitting. eating foods like fruits and vegetables especially are hard for your body to burn causing your body to burn more calories while you eat. fruits and vegetables have even been called 'negative calorie foods' before because thats how well they work. and they are also extremely good for your body, heart, and mind (yes your brain).
just eat right and in moderation. it isnt difficult. just dont starve yourself that is the worst thing youc an do. not because your hungry or whatever...but its stupid because you will end up gaining more weight in the longrun. DONT DO IT.
eat more smaller portioned meals throughout the day (5-6x) to keep your metabolsim going.
good luck i hope this helps.
Well,1st is really simple:get some exercise, eat lots of vegetables (candies and diet coke will NOT help, even if it DOES say DIET,it still has bad sugars) ,and try eating fish instead of meat. Knowing how much your body needs and dont need is important. Try getting some fun exercise going on (tennis, basketball,a short jog) however,do NOT : skip meals, starve youself, push on until you faint, overwork yourself, and if you try to eat less, dont, just try to eat vegetables but plz,DONT SKIP MEALS,you stomache wont get or can have a hard time getting used to your change of meal times plans. If you do those, the higher the chances are that you'll feel far more worse than you already are. 2nd ( "losing weight mentally") : sometimes, depending on the situation, getting rid of stress can also be a good way . If you can lose weight mentally, you can also lose weight physically. Go for a nice steam bath or to a massaging salon.Relax and you will feel lighter in no time ( if stress is over homework, then try having a not-so-tight schedual.Chances are,you wont have to rush, can get your homework and chores done and still have time to kick back and realx). However,in my opinion,if you wanna lose weight just to impress or whatever (i mean, losing weight can be a good thing sometimes) besides, you probably already look good the way you are.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.

just eat healthy food. eat less more often. substitute the burger and fries for a nice piece of fish w/ some steamed vegetables or a baked potato instead of mash (the skin on the potato provides a lot of fiber). eat whole grain/fiber cereals (kashi) with skim milk instead of whole. eat oatmeal, egg whites. stay away from cookies, fast food, junk, chips, chocolate, crackers, pizza, basically all the good stuff! eat different types of fruits and vegetables. avocados are delicious. eat white meat chicken (without the skin), meat is also good just not red/rare. tuna or better yet beggie tuna is healthy and delicious. tofu is good, turkey is good. you won't believe how much weight you'll lose just by eating in portions and healthy food.
