Question:
Im 6ft,40age,35 waist,ive got what is called a beer gut.
I want to start lookin after my body and have started doin 50 sit ups per day and various arm and chest reps.
Problem is,,,,,,,i enjoy a few pints on an evening,which obviously affects on my small routine of keep fit ,any advice on specific stomach excercises would be appreciated,,,,ps,no advice on stop the drink would be appreciated,thanks

quite honestly you are going to have to cut down your pint consumption-by a lot to have success. first start eating better, i know this sounds stupid, but follow the food guide pyramid. it helps a lot, or you can talk to your doctor for advice good luck!
