Nope.. its always cheating that screwed my diet. If you are having trouble its probably because your metobolism changed. After you lose those first 10 pounds its much slower to lose the next. But keep at it.. My greatest success was the Atkins diet. (until i cheated and eventually gave up because I got tired of meat and cheese all the time)
Either your diet sucked, or you didnt exercise. Walking on a flat treadmill isnt really exercise, you dont burn that many more calories then just sitting still. Try doing some real exercise.
