if you're skin is oily, you want to use something that is powder or a liquid that will turn into powder. this will absorb the oil from your skin which clogs your pores and makes you break-out. i personally love M.A.C. i feel their products provide amazing coverage. you also don't have to use much.
also, don't fall asleep with the make-up on. wash your face. you should be doing face masks 1-3 times per week, as well as a face scrub every other day.
try bare minerals, or makeup from the "organics" line that they sell at macy's

Try the new oil free kind that has water instead.
it stays on and its not oily so it doesnt make you break out.
I have had acne for over twenty years and have tried everything to no avail. About a year ago I got the best advice ever from a friend who recommended Clinic perfectly real foundation. I also started wearing my hair up at night because she told me a lot of people have breakouts due to the oil in your hair getting on your face at night and clogging up your pores. Anyway, I'm acne free finally. I wish I had started doing this much earlier.
