You probably got a good size chest already at your size. One way to help is if you have a bench that has self spotters on the side. Put your bar on the self spotter bout half way from the top. Load up what you usually work out with. Throw alot more weight. Not your max, but weight heavier than you would normally workout with. Then try going 4 sets of 8. You may be able to do 1 set. If you cannot complete the 2nd set do as many reps as you can. Then rest the bar for 10 seconds and go again til you get the 8. Try it, it worked for me

i think if you do pyramids
you will gain the most muscle
start at 135 and just go up but make sure you go down
