you don't burn as much fat while you are sleeping. but if you eat healthy and don't eat right before bed you should be okay. it's not the sleeping part, it's that you are not burning as much calories because you are not moving.
plenty of sleep actually helps u lose fat because it gives ur body time to restore and digest ur food. you will gain weight if u dont get enough sleep
