Is it possible for me to loose 2stone?

Im 5ft11 and weigh 11stone(72kg) was wondering how hard would it be to loose 2stone, and how long should it take?

Answers:
Eat a bit less and do a lot more, it is certainly possible, but expect it to take a year.
I only know pounds and ounces.

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 21.5 which is the lower end of normal.

If you lost 2 stone, your BMI would be 17.6 (the cut off point for Anorexia Nervosa is 17.5). You would be VERY ill and would need serious medical attention.

Why do you want to lose 2 stone? You will be very ill if you do. PLEASE contact your GP for some advice.

why on earth would you want to lose 2 stone? you're underweight as it is! you need to gain half a stone at least!
