I don't know about what a twelve year old should be, but I am 21 and 5'3" and I weigh 104, but everyone is different. I think the healthy range is from 105 to 115.
You are only 12. You are still growing. You shouldnt be overly concerned about what weight you should be at this point. Yes, you should be aware of whether or not you are gaining weight at a rapid rate but do not stress too much over it. What's important is that you stay active. Take up a sport, if you arent already involved in one and try not to get carried away with too much fast food or sugary sweets.
