I have a caved in chest, but it's different from all I've seen online.?

Question:

My chest is very strange. It caves in at my ribs, and my ribs stick out somewhat, and goes up to my breast. It seems like maybe a bone in my chest is missing or something. Other caved in chest cave in past the breast, but mine just reaches to the bottom. Has anyone heard or seen anything like this?

Is it interfering with your life in any way?
You may go and get a doctor's opinion just to be safe? More than one opinion in case one doctor is wrong.
