hi guyz.. iwas kinda doing bench press the other day and my bro came up to n said bench press doesnt let ur hight increse . so i dnt wana b short im 15years old. so cn u guyz tell me if ots true or nt. thanks a lot

If you carried a weight on the top of your head for years, that MIGHT affect your growth, warping it. It wouldn't stop you from becoming the height you were meant to be.
