What are some healthy, low-calorie lunches I can prepare in 15 minutes or less?

Grilled fish & steamed veggies is probably my favorite low-calorie meal ever & it's so easy to make! I just grill the fish in a pan w/ non-stick cooking spray, & I get the veggies that steam in the bag when you pop 'em in the microwave. Everything's done in about 10 minutes!
Get chicken. Heat oven and wrap a tray in tin foil. Place chicken in oven for 10 or so mins at average cooking heat. No oil or spray. When white through, remove. At the same time, steam brocolli and carrots. You can either use a sauce such as sweet chilli when eating, or glaze veges with a little little bit honey. Mix it all together, and eat immediatly or put in fridge.

Really easy one is low fat tinned tuna (flavoured of course, chilli is best because it speeds up your metabolism, as will any hot spices). Mix with salad and some low fat cheese.
