Question for those of you who eat healthy?

I have plenty of my own ideas.. but I never like to get bored with food.. thats when i want to go back to junk food.. haha..

I love anything with chicken in it
with your salads you can add lemon juice which will make it tasty..
if you're going to eat pasta make it tomato based with a few different vege's that you don't normally eat
My favorite food would be a chicken ceasar salad
My favorite snack would be a granola bar
My favorite meal would be a home-made sandwich

I like cinnamon swirl bagels, it has 10grams of protein, low in fat and they are filling. The only bad thing is it has 300 calories, but its not bad.
I go to the farmers market to get my produce and fish. I experiment with new dishes (low fat and nutrient dense).
Roasted, fresh vegetables are AWESOME!
I also like to make low fat sauces to put on my fish.
i have recently fallen in love with food networks healthy eating section. there are a ton of ideas in there and they are all healthy for you too.
Hummus with celery and carrots is a great, filling snack, with loads of protein.
my favorite snack is nuts.
I'm a juicer. I have juice every night.
Parsley, spinach, carrots, beets and celery. I mix in protein powder.
Tonight ...steamed shrimp in garlic and chili pepper served with non fat cottage cheese topped with green onions, tomatoes and avocado.
Fresh broccoli, cucumbers and radishes on the side.
Yogurt, bananas, apples, nuts as snacks.
Organic 100% vegetable/fruit juice.
Summer meal:
Crabmeat and avocado salad with homemade sesame-ginger dressing.
Winter meal:
Miso soup with tofu and lots of vegetables.
Pho (Vietnamese rice-noodle soup).
Occasinally a little bit of dark chocolate for my mental health.
