What are some deas for breakfast and lunch?

Answers:
Eating on the run, huh? That complicates things.
Breakfast should be simple. Low-fat yogurt with some granola to sprinkle on top, or low-fat cottage cheese with cut up fruit to mix into it. If you have leftover cold chicken, take a piece with you. The protein and fat in the bird will help fill you up.
Finger foods are the key, as you can't sit down for lunch. Make a "finger salad", with cut strips of peppers, cucumbers, carrots, celery, and small florets of broccoli and cauliflower. Have a container of low-fat salad dressing in which to dip the vegetables. Eat a handful of low-fat cheese, cut into cubes. An ounce or two of cheese will give you protein, plus have the staying power of fat to help keep you from getting hungry too quickly. And have a piece of tart fruit like plums for dessert.
For lunch you could eat a salad of roasted chicken, apple, celery, walnuts, lettuce, onion, and some avocado. Of course you don't gotta put all that in there, but it's really healthy and has stuff in it to give you energy.
Also wraps, wheat tortillas, roasted chicken, avocado, black beans, and other healthy things that you wanna put in it.
i dont know about lunch. but for breakfast sometimes i make this weird thing but it is soo good
you just take tomatoes, cut up into pretty small pieces, put them in a frying pan, add eggwhites(you can buy all natural eggwhites by the carton in most supermarkets), and scallions if you want, and fry it until the eggs are cooked all the way. stir it with a spatula while you fry it. when the eggs are fully cooked, remove the pan from the heat, and sprinkle cheese on top. then put it on toast, like an open sandwich.
i use pam rather than oils or butter for the frying pan, its less fattening
Yogurt, whole wheat toast, lowfat milk, cereal, eggs.
Bring a sack lunch and fill it with such things as:
Whole wheat sandwhich with lean meats like chicken or turkey.
Fruit
Raw veggies
Pretzels
Nuts
2 snickers bars (jk :D)
Hope this gives you some ideas.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, breakfast ideas, meals, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
