try walking instead of running; eat more!! but eat healthy foods with alot of protein, maybe even do weights instead of running. good luck!
30 mins cardio is what you should keep up. gradually you won't lose anymore weight. as it has reached it's optimum. it's a good way to keep your circulation, not really to burn fat and lose weight. it's more of a healthy choice.
There are great meal replacement drinks on the market for weight gain. These will keep you healthy as you gain weight, and yes...keep doing cardio, but alter your weight training, cardio, etc.. as you progress. Eat foods high in protein and complex slow release carbohydrates. This will keep up your stamina and prevent you from failing while you are adjusting to the new regiment. Good luck.
