I have the same problem you do (if you want to think of it as a problem). I am 22 years old, 5'2" and weight 95 lbs. (even less than you). I went to the doctor and he gave me appetite pills, and even though I ate more, I still didn't gain weight (probably b/c of metabolism). Now I just accept that I am petite. Women naturally gain weight as they get older, so, on the bright side, when most women have gotten fat or chubby, we'll still be looking hot!! =) Hope that helps.
go see your doctor, they can give you a healthy plan to gain weight. if you are going to do it, you need to do it right.

Wanna switch metabolisms?! You can gain, I'll lose and then we can switch back. I know most people would say "Boo hoo, you can't gain weight", but I had a friend in the same situation. She's finally put on some weight, but she also had 2 kids. Now.I'm not telling you to run out and get knocked up.

I would talk to a doctor. I don't know if there's anything they can give you to mess with your metabolism?

Go have your thyroid checked. If your TSH is out of range, the physician can give you meds to slow it down, thus may help you gain wI had the same problem and it ended up being my thyroid.

Seriously, have you had your thyroid level checked? I am 5'7" and weighed 97 lbs. Turned out it was an overactive thyroid gland. They gave me radioactive iodine (absorbed by the gland) and now I weigh twice as much. Needless to say I wish I hadn't swallowed that little capsule!

go to a supermarket or GNC and get Whey Protien (a powder). just make a shake with that and drink it once or twice a day. do it right after you eat. funny thing is, me and my roommate are both using it. she takes it as a meal substitute to lose weight, i'm using it in between meals to gain weight..

if you're lazy you can buy packs of ensure plus (make sure it's the plus otherwise it won't do anything..)
you should probably talk to your doctor about this. he/she can give you a plan so that you gain weight in a healthy way.
try lots of protein... whey protein bought at like GNC in huge tubs for relatively cheap can be great mass builders. Just make sure you work out to keep it toned. I am soo glad to hear a woman say she wants to gain weight instead of loose weight. I bet you will be fine as hell afterwards... Good job!
I also have a fast metabolism (although at 29, not as fast as it used to be!). I used to drink protein shakes to help put on weight, and as long as you get some form of exercise also you gain weight without gaining flab. I promise you that as you get older your metabolism will slow down- so enjoy it while you can!
Go to a bodybuilding or health food store and buy a weight gainer product to add to your diet gradually. It is a protein supplement shake that you drink a couple times a day. Careful not to go bananas though! I wanted to gain 10 lbs about 12 years ago when I had your problem. I didn't think it was working, doubled the routine, and all of a sudden . bam ***&^*&*&*#### no more problems when four pounds appeared one day, two the next day. Be sure to follow the directions. I doubled up on it and gained too much too fast thinking it wasn't effective enough - not good for your body and it is tough to slow down your eating habits when you build your calorie intake up.
