Exercise 3 days a week and do activities high in cardio, like bike riding, running etc. avoid sugar, which may be hard at your age and eat sensibly [smaller portions], but don't miss any meals. starving is not healthy. no fast food/junk food and replace the snacking with fruits or vegetables. This is a healthy way to lose a little weight in 30 days, but don't be hard on yourself. I don't see anything wrong with your weight and anything you lose, even if it's 1 pound, should be a success. what's important is how you feel about yourself, not what others think.

no offence but why the heck did you decide to lose weight NOW and not when summer started!? that's kinda stupid. you will need to run, walk, crunches, lift weights, eat healthy and less, and do whatever you can. you'll prob lose maybe 5-8 pounds before school.
All you need to do is eat healthy. You are definitely not overweight though! Trust me, in a few years, if you still weigh 123 pounds it will probably be pretty close to the perfect weight. But, if you do want to loose a little weight, excersize and eat good food. Chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit, and all in good proportions. You know, don't go back for seconds and thirds [haha].

Heres a tip, start running every second day, dont eat junk, eat low carb, high protein diet eg.. Lots of low gi vegetables, lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, lots of dairy, low fat milk, oats, wholemeal bread not white, no sugar, etc..
In fact, low fat everything, no chocolate, sodas etc etc.. I swear to god, if you do this it will make significant change and after a week or so you will start to eat healthy without even trying it will become natural to select healthier foods over ones that are bad for you. The first week is the hardest.

Just do the best you can do to increase your activity. Walk around the neighborhood at a fast pace a few times per day. If your parents belong to a gym, ask them to take you with them. Try eating only fruits, vegetables and lean meats like chicken and turkey. If you need to eat bread, stick with whole wheat bread. Try to stay away from any sweets or chips. Don't expect to lose a LOT of weight. Try to focus on making your body healthier. Whether you take off the weight over a month or a year doesn't matter. Just get into the habit of living a healthy lifestyle and you will notice a difference. Good luck!
before each meal drink a glass of warm water to which you have added a teaspoon of honey and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, it really works and it is also great for your skin and hair
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
