when u eat less than 1200 calories a day your body goes into starvation mode. when you actually eat then your body immediately stores all the energy it can spare in case you body continues to starve - in a way it is preparing itself for future need wehn it is more desperate for calories. if you start eating 1200 calories a day and exercise at least .5hr then you should start noticing some weightloss.

i bet even if you ate 1200 calories daily, but did at least 30-min cardio jogging. you would lose. even if you lose weight by eating less, you'll gain it back alot faster than if you did cardio excercise.
you can forget weights and toning up for the time being. cardio is the only way to burn fat. it is effective too.

thats the same thing with me.i have been eating like this for about 2 year now.i would eat more than that but i just dont get that hungry at all...and everytime i eat something i gain about 1-2 lbs so i workout almost every day but i dont lose more weight than what was consumed and my best friend does the same thing as me but she has lost about 20 lbs. there could be something wrong with your thyroid so you should go and get it checked out.thats what im doing
dont eat any wheat at all, no dairy, eat TONS of fruits and veggies and forget what those people say about fruit having carbs and it can make you fat because fruit and veggies is just about the safest food you can eat so that you dont get fat. just make sure none of it is cooked and you dont add salt or and dressings. you need to up your metabolism right now or else you will continue to gain weight by only eating a small amount. this happened to me when i had my eating disorder. i had eaten so horribly , either eating and puking or not eating that my body was in horrible condition. fasting is good for you, but now when you are sick. eat peanuts, seeds of all types, figs, sprouts, fruits and veggies. and you will lose weight, and glow, you will reach maximum health.
