Who has abs?

Question:
i have a flat stomach and want abs. i have been working out and i am starting to see formation. but i wanted to know that when your stomach is sore from working out, does that mean you are gaining more mussel? and i am a female by the way.

Answers:
The soreness is an indication that you are breaking down muscle, but no worries, that means they are getting more toned and noticeable. Most women prefer smooth stomachs, but if you want abs like a washboard stomach, go for it. It could mean that you someday will have an easier time recovering your tone after having a baby.
i think that abs (no offence) look better on guys. i think girls with flat stomachs look better.
It means you are definately working them out. Keep going and the soreness will go away.

Oh and I think girls with abs are hot...that other chick is just jealous!
I think that girls look good with some muscle definition in the stomach area, just not too much...you don't want to look too musclular. being sore from working out means that you are working the muscles, and yes building more muscle mass. I don't know what you look like, so I would say ask a friend their honest opinion about your ab area and see if they think you look hot or if they think you need a little more definition.
