Love handles!?
Question:
i've been dieting for about 1 1/2 weeks. do i have to work out. i know you have to loose weight over all to lose love handles, but i lose weight really eaisly w/o working out.
is it possible to just eat less?

For abs training do the following:
The Bicycle exercise is the best move to target the rectus abdominis (i.e., the 'six pack') and the obliques (the waist), according to a study done by the American Council on Exercise. To do this exercise correctly:
1. Lie face up on the floor and lace your fingers behind your head.
2. Bring the knees in towards the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on the neck.
3. Straight the left leg out to about a 45-degree angle while simultaneously turning the upper body to the right, bringing the left elbow towards the right knee.
4. Switch sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee.
5. Continue alternating sides in a 'pedaling' motion for 12-16 reps.

if you only diet to lose weight the weight can come back once you stop dieting. working out along with dieting will not only give you faaster results but it will help keep that weight from coming back if you stop dieting for a while. try doing cardio and to work you love handles you can hold weights in both hands and bend over each side. do 3 sets of 12 reps on each side. also since love handles a lot of the times means you have exrta fat on your lower back you can lie flat on you back with you knees bent and push you pelvis up toward the ceiling. do 4 sets of 25 reps with these and you will start to see results.
