Am I over or under weight?

Question:
I am 11 years old and 5'3. I play soccer, and I work out a lot and I weigh 98 pounds. Is that normal?

Answers:
That is TOTALLY NORMAL. When i was 11, i weight like... 90. If you still think you're overweight, some of it is babyfat is you haven't lost it yet. And you work out alot, so you have muscels.98 pounds at 11 is a healthy weight.
It's a little bit underweight but if you have a petite frame you're ok.
thats normal
under weight i'm 5'2" at 125
i'm at my ideal wieght
under weight.
It's close to the average, but more importantly, you're 11 years old. That's way too young to worry about your weight (unless you're obviously obese), but you're on the right track. You've developed a healthy attitude toward physical activity and as long as you eat healthy foods in the right amounts, and continue staying active, you shouldn't need to worry about any weight problems.
According to your BMI (body mass index) you are clinically underweight. You can gain the right amount by increasing your daily intake of proteins,etc..you dont need junk food in order to gain weight.eating more of healthy things can help you gain weight in a healthy way.good luck :)
