Go online and find a teen BMI calculator. Idealy you want to be in the 50th percentile. Then talk to your doctor about healthy ways to gain weight, like lifting weights or a higher protien diet. DON"T just eat junk food to gain weight, you'll feel gross and develop bad eating habits that will be hard to kick.
Well depending on your height, I'd say really 100-105 would be good enough.

but u dont really need to gain ur lucky like 95% of ppl who ask quiestions about loosing/gaining weight want to lose.
