Should I drink ice cold water or room temp water while exercising?

If you are overheated and you drink water thats too cold it may make you sick, but once you've caught your breath and cooled down for a second ice water is great.
ice b/c it will shock your body and burnmore calories
room temperature. if you drink ice cold water, your body will first have to warm it up a little so that it can be used, which will use more energy. although it may be refreshing, youre not helping yourself by drinking it cold.
NEVER DRINK ICE COLD WATER WHILE EXCERCISING!You always want to drink room temp water!
