If you really want to loss weight and you are serious about that i am giving you a diet chart just follow that few months.
1.Drink 2litre water daily.
2.Don't eat oily food.
3.Don't eat junk food.
4.Eat fruits & salad alot.
5.Have juice of vegetables.
6.Don't eat too much.
7.Do 15 to 30 minutes exercise daily.
8.Most important avoid sweet.(sweets is ban)
If you try this honestly you will see result in one month amnd in three months you will be a change personality but to get something you have to loose something and in result you will get a lose weight body.
I don't really believe in taking weight loss products. Following a good, clean diet and getting adequate exercise works EVERY time.
