What to eat, to get a healthy rosy glow?

Question:

Answers:
You are probably the first person I have seen here who recognizes the fact that what you eat is what affects who you are. (I know ending a sentence with a proposition is wrong)However, if you want that healthy rosy glow to last well past middle age you can do what I have been doing for the last ten years. Stop eating as much red meat and pork as possible until you entirely quit. Eat more fresh organic vegetables either raw in salads or stir-fried in extra virgin olive oil with tofu or steamed to bring out their natural flavors. Eat more organic fruits and drink organic fruit juices. Stop. Stop eating junk foods that cause your internal systems to clog up and your face to become excessively oily. Anything with extra salt(which retain water)or extra sugars(which block several different internal organs)will effect you big time down the road. Drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day and walk. Walk at least two miles every day after school or work. This will cause you lose excess weigh and tone the muscles at the same time. It will purify your internal organs until you are extremely healthy. You will find as I did that you will have more energy, more stamina, more vitality and more mental acuity than ever before at the end of thirty days. I urge you to continue this forever. When you are well past middle age your friend will all be begging you to tell them what you are taking as an anti-aging ingredient. Just tell them what I am telling you and it is never too late to start. The only time it becomes too late is when you don't begin.
Drink lots of water, and eat plenty of fruits and veggies!
Fresh warm semen. I have actually heard this many times, so no joking it worked for my gf way back n college.
