(question for personal trainers) what % number of bodyfat should I aim for to look cut, yet still be healthy??

Question:
My body stats:

40 yrs. old
5' 6.5"
Weighed myself today at 146lbs., 19%bodyfat, at 56.6%water content.

I just finished taking Hydroxycut for a month and a half.
I lost about 10 lbs. in that time, but not much bodyfat.
HOw can I lose more bodyfat to look cut? I eat very healthy and work out 7 hrs. a week (cardio&weight training).

Answers:
Do not take hydroxycut. It is not healthy. You can control your body fat with diet and exercise. You will lose body fat if you watch what and how much you eat. Exercise and track your calories. You should run 3 to 5 days per week along with weights. Your body fat should be down to 10% to look cut. That does not mean you need to lose weight. You can increase your muscle mass and reduce your body fat percentage. If you eat healthy and exericse, drink plenty of water you will reduce your body fat.
