I personally think your too young to be counting calories.
a-
Gallon of water a day, start at half a gallon a day and work up.
b-
Do not drink sport drinks (unless it's spark made by advocare), not soda, no juice. Drink milk 2% since your still a kid
c-No cheese, processed foods, instant food, micro-wave foods.
d- breakfast, 6egg whites with one yellow and half cup to cup of oatmeal
then two hours later can of tuna, 1.5-2 cups of veggies, apple
two hours later a bannana
two hours later a protein shake
two hours later 6 oz. of chicken boiled in chicken broth or water, 2cups of veggies and one yam
two hours later 6egg whites NO YELLOW, a yam and a apple
protein shake for bedtime
keep up on water. You will lose a lot by november
you are going to have to do the much dreaded cardio. And the much hated reduction of calories. 27lbs? oof! It's possible but it's going to be a pain in the butt. You are going to have to figure out how many calories your body needs to maintain its current weight. Now cut that by 500 calories. Not sure if you belong to a gym with cardio machines but try to burn 500 calories a day. If you can get rid of 7000 calories a week it should drop you by 2lbs a week. (that's a total of both the diet and the cardio)
It's going to be hard if you are lifting at the same time. You might pack on a few pounds of muscle so keep a close eye on your intake and if you feel up to it burn an extra few hundred calories to be on the safe side.
