What is the best piece of exercise equipment to buy for someone approaching me who hate to exercise and is slothful!?


I know I need to work out, nouns spread is creeping in, I close to to walk, so no call for for a treadmill, I have a bike to no stationary bike, but what in the order of a "spinner", what is that? I need to lose that spare tire? And I know I involve to learn portion control.....thankfulness!


Answers:    Don't waste your money on exercise equipment. Walking is appropriate. Challenge yourself by varying your pace (alternate rapid and normal speeds), walking further, varying your route to pinch in hill (both up and down work muscles). You can do a similar thing beside your bike - don't forget a helmet.
Reduce portion sizes by using smaller plates and bowls. Eat whilst sitting at the table with others. It's desperate manners to eat whilst you're conversation - so talk to them abundantly and you'll have smaller quantity time for eating!
You allow you're lazy...liberate your money.
This isn't to put you down.
Have you ever noticed the number of pieces of work-out equipment sitting on the side of the road on refuse day??
MOST those don't use them.
