Burning off 210 calories at work?


Question:
So im sitting here at my desk and i was wondering how to burn off 210 calories that i just ate in a bag of chips.we dont have stairs here so that is out of the question any other suggestions?

do some butt clenches by tensing your ****, do some leg raises. But to be honest your gonna find it hard to burn off 210 calories during work, especially with no stairs. Just keep active and move around, cos to burn 210 cals u need a good 10-15 workout and u shudnt be able to fit that during work.
Runnig at lunch time. That should do it.
Just fidget and walk around as much as possible during the day. Studies show that naturally slim people burn off about 350 calories a day just by fidgeting more than other people.
