food is okay, as long as you can control whatever you eat. even if it all looks good avoid the fatty stuff. but dont be afraid to still eat though because you can just walk it off.
A diet should be a life plan. Stay on it! Be disciplined! A healthy lifestyle takes some work. Make good choices but allow yourself to splurge every now and then.

find out what is in the food you eat and how it is cooked, grilled is best and anything that is not white bread, like wheat if available and with meats look at the meat and make sure that its not really fatty, cut out the fat and reduce portion size and if you can get fresh foods like salads and fresh fruit stick to those, drink plenty of water and enjoy your vacation, take care!
well, what can you do in order to keep you weight balance is to eat on a balance diet, do not have more than one portion of what you eat and stay away from the t.v as possible.
Just live it up and enjoy vacation. Catch up after you get back. Really
