but try this:
go vegetarian. you can lose up to a pound a day!! for every pound a meat eater loses, a vegetarian loses two.
eat about 1200 calories per day. no junk.for dessert treat yourself with a sugar free fudgesicle or a sugar free pudding
exercise!! try everyday, 45 mintues of running or 35 minutes of cardio liek dancing,biking, or rollerblading. do 25 reps, 2 sets of: crunches, lower crunches, twisting[for the waistline], lunges,sqauts,and lift 5 lb dumbells.
drink ice water! it burns calories!! aim for 8-10 glasses a day.[drink alot of wwater when working out]
fill up your ipod with tons of songs to stay focused.
friends can be good for your fitness or bad. when they bring nachos over try snacking on up fat free pringles. exercise with your friends!! do a kickboxing tape[that brigns ALOT of calories], yoga,pilates, and go swimmign for a couple hours with them!! throw a party[healthy food!!] and dance the whoel night!!
go to the mall,before you shop walk all the levels aroudn them at least ocne. then shop and stop by for an orange julius[no chiense food!!]
stay motivated!! think, i did al lthis hard work i cant quit now. its only for a week too!! if you binge on a little junkfood just pretend it never happened. you can eat a little bit but if u overdo it youll see it on your thighs.

ARGH the ONLY reason i'm not going to destroy you in this answer is because you said "10 MORE pounds" but god if you didn't put that word in there i would have destroyed you for saying "in time for school"
Anyways, you can't lose 10 lbs by sept 5th, the most you could do if you really gave it your all w/o hurting yourself in anyway is about 5-6 pounds gg
well eating healthy i mean fruit and veg and exercise, you could always join a gym.
oh gosh me too although i want to lose alot more but what im doing its eating healthy small portions most say for losing weight you should eat about as much as the size of the palm of your hand, and also go to the gym and exercise =) hope that helps?
Drink lots of liquids and take a multi-vitamin every day. Roll out of bed in the morning and do as many pushups and situps as you can in one sitting. You can drink something is high in vitamins such as b12, B6 and vitamin C. These vitamins will help you cleanse your system.

You really have nothing to worry about. Get outside , go for a long walk, bike.
It won't happen by then and I need you to realize that so that you can not be disappointed in yourself. It is better to have a permanent fat loss than a quick one that just comes back. Increase in your physical activity and you will look better before school even though you maight not reach your goal all the way. Don't eat unhealthy food and especially don't drink soda because soda has been shown to be a huge cause in keeping people fat.
your thin as is, you dont need to loose weight hun! The medical charts say that for every inch over 100lbs you should be 5 lbs over 100lbs you are in the right area!
