How can i get a tan?

Question:
can i get a tan in a day like for 2hrs? what kind of products work for tanning??

Answers:
Okay. Well i did tanning last summer. 2 hours a day is more than enough. I did about that. And i was blacker than a black man. Make sure you go in peak times. from 12 pm to 4pm when the sun is at its hottest. Do not use those tan bottles of fake stuff. They dont work. I tried one and sure I got tanned but if you stop using it it starts 2 come off and its very obvious.

Make sure you do your front one day then your back the next to give your skin some time 2 recover, especailly in the early times because you will get burn easier then.

mystic tan works well
DO not use a tanning booth or the sun. Use a spray tan or something else that isn't dangerous/.
Just apply sunscreen.find time...and say out in the sun for about 30 mins..
Lots of different factors here. Type of skin, etc. Sounds like a tan-in-a-bottle would work for you. Then you could work on getting a little bit of a tan at a time. Not too much of course. Sun is good for you but only in moderation (as I sit here all tanned because I'm out in a boat several times a week)
I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.health-fit.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. A must!
