Best cardio without machines? for fat loss?

i'm trying to shed a couple pounds,

if your trying to lose a couple pounds and trying not use machines i would try running outside for a good half hour, go biking, swimming, look up work out videos on youtube. the 8 min ab video on there is really good. you could do squats too or go walking. theres alot things you can do. just look around on google you could find a lot of stuff. oh yeah, eat a well balanced diet. eat lots of fruits and veggies and try to stay away from junk food
eliptical machines work best
walking . kinda fun once it becomes a habit
